Hague: Gaddafi 'must go'

Help

It is time for Colonel Gaddafi "to go", Foreign Secretary William Hague told The Andrew Marr Show.

He also revealed that diplomatic immunity in the UK for the Libyan leader and his family has been removed.

Yesterday, two RAF Hercules aircraft rescued around 150 oil workers from the desert.

Although Hague said that HMS Cumberland will today arrive back in the Libyan city of Benghazi, he said he could not confirm whether a similar rescue operation would be attempted.
