Lee Waters and Rachel Banner on Welsh referendum powers

Lee Waters, who fronts the yes campaign for the Welsh referendum, said laws about Wales should be made in Cardiff and the current situation was "crackers" as people try and "make an imperfect system work".

But Rachel Banner, campaigning against extra powers for the Welsh Assembly, claims the extra powers would not provide extra teachers or ambulances, but were a "step towards the break-up of the UK."
