Welsh poll on devolution vote to take powers from Westminster

The people of Wales will decide in a referendum whether they want Cardiff to have more powers to pass some of its laws, without having to go via Westminster any more.

Susana Mendonça explains what new powers could be heading over the Severn Bridge, and which bodies could be consigned to history, in a report from Cardiff.
