PM: 'Multiculturalism has failed'
David Cameron says multiculturalism in Britain has failed, during a speech to a security conference in Munich.
He said the UK needed a stronger sense of national identity to prevent people turning to extremism.
Meanwhile in the UK, rallies by the English Defence League (EDL) and Unite Against Fascism (UAF) groups have taken place in Luton town centre.
