Cameron: 'Tougher rules to ensure immigrants learn English'

PM David Cameron has said a tougher approach will be put in place to ensure immigrants learn English, especially amongst children starting school.

He was answering a question from Conservative MP Kris Hopkins at PMQs, who claimed too many children start school without knowing how to speak English.
