Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls on ONS figures and UK economy
Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls claims the UK recovery has stalled and blamed Conservatives making cuts too quickly leading to people reining in their spending.
He said: "People are pulling in their horns because they are fearful about the future."
His comments came as British economy suffered a shock contraction of 0.5% in the last three months of 2010.
