Theresa Villiers on government 's economic 'Plan B'

Transport minister Theresa Villiers is repeatedly asked by Andrew Neil if the Conservatives have a Plan B for the economy.

This comes after reports that the government's most senior official has prepared a policy paper outlining alternatives in the event of a sharp economic downturn, but Downing Street insists it is all a normal process.
