Labour MP Paul Blomfield on tuition fees and election pledges

Labour MP Paul Blomfield reckons the coalition plan to increase student fees could de defeated "if the Liberal Democrats honour their pre-election pledge".

Asked how Labour would balance the books on this issue, he said: "We would make different decisions but be facing the same challenges."
