With Nigel Farage re-elected as UKIP Leader, the next big challenge for the party is the local elections in 2011.

There are 80 UKIP councillors already but what do they stand for when they are not making decisions in Europe? Adam Fleming reports from UKIP heartland, Newcastle-under-Lyme in Staffordshire.
