Cameron: Gaza 'cannot remain a prison camp'

Help

David Cameron has said that Gaza "cannot remain a prison camp", and that aid and people should be allowed in both directions across the border.

The Prime Minister was speaking in Ankara in support of Turkey's ambition to join the European Union.

Mr Cameron also said the recent Israeli attack on an aid flotilla bound for Gaza "was totally unacceptable", but should not be allowed to damage the relationship between Turkey and Israel.
