Man charged in south Armagh human trafficking probe

A man has been charged by detectives investigating the human trafficking of 16 people in County Armagh.

The 33-year-old is accused of entering into an arrangement with a gangmaster.

He is due to appear at Banbridge Magistrates' Court sitting in Newry on Thursday.

The charge relates to the alleged trafficking of 16 people working in the agricultural sector in south Armagh, who were found by police on 17 July.
