Coleraine DVA jobs fears to be raised with prime minister

  • 2 October 2013

First Minister Peter Robinson is to raise concerns about the future of the Driver Vehicle Agency in Coleraine, County Londonderry, with prime minister David Cameron.

Unions fear up to 300 jobs could be lost if the service is transferred to Swansea.

Mr Robinson met with staff in Coleraine on Wednesday.

DUP MP Gregory Campbell says the matter will be discussed with Mr Cameron when he visits Northern Ireland next week.
