Gang that robbed Kesh, County Fermanagh, bank jailed

Three members of a Belfast gang who admitted robbing a bank have been jailed at Londonderry Crown Court.

Sean Moran, 38, Monagh Drive, was jailed for 12 and a half years for robbing the bank in Kesh, County Fermanagh, of £5,400 and 1,200 euros.

Sean McKay, 26, care of Maghaberry prison, was jailed for 10 and a half years and Gavin Dempster, 29, Monagh Drive, for nine and a half years.

They were caught after cross-border car chases involving both PSNI and Gardai.

They were arrested in Donegal town on 20 February 2009, a day after the bank robbery.
