Man pleads not guilty to rape charge at Derry court

A 20 year old man is to stand trial at Londonderry Crown Court charged with rape.

Adam Titheridge from Broom Road, Sittingbourne in Kent, pleaded not guilty to committing the offence in the grounds of Foyle and Londonderry College on 8th July 2011.

He also pleaded not guilty to a charge of assaulting the school girl on the same date.

No bail application was made was made. The trial is set for 3rd December.
