Three police officers and a woman are taken to hospital after two cars crash into a wall in Coleraine, County Londonderry.

Three police officers and a woman were taken to hospital after two cars crashed into a wall in Coleraine, County Londonderry.

It happened on the Wheatsheaf Road at about 17:00 BST on Saturday. One of the vehicles involved was a police car.

A police spokesman said the officers were responding to a call when the crash happened.

Three of them were in the police car. The injured woman was driving the other car.

All four people have now been discharged from the Causeway Hospital. Police confirmed they are investigating the crash.
