Police step up mobile phone patrols

Police have started a new crackdown on motorists using mobile phones while driving on roads across Northern Ireland.

They are also warning people not to speed or to drink and drive.

In the last two weeks, two drivers have been caught doing speeds of more than 110mph. Mark Simpson reports.
