A 21-year-old pedestrian has died following an early morning road traffic collision in Londonderry.

Kieran Feeney, who was originally from the Foyle area, was struck by a car on the city's Glenshane Road shortly before 02:00 BST on Sunday.

The road between Church Brae and Millbrook Park has now been reopened.

Police want to hear from anyone who witnessed a collision or who saw a young man, wearing a grey hooded top and blue jeans, on the footpath or road.
