Children escape petrol bomb attack in Londonderry

Four people, including two children, have escaped injury in an overnight petrol bomb attack on a house in Derry.

The petrol bomb was thrown at the property in Fergleen Mews at about 02:00 BST on Sunday.

Police said the device caused scorch damage to the front door.

Two adults and two very young children were in the house at the time and police have appealed to anyone who witnessed the attack to contact them.
