A 13-year-old boy has been charged over a petrol bomb attack on an Orange hall in north Belfast on Saturday night.

Police officers witnessed the attack on Clifton Street Orange hall at about 22:00 BST.

The petrol bomb fell short of the hall and no damage was caused.

The boy has been charged with possession of a petrol bomb in suspicious circumstances, throwing a petrol bomb and attempted criminal damage.

He is due to appear at Belfast Youth Court on 20 June.
