Skegoneil, north Belfast, house attack 'may be hate crime'

Police are investigating whether an attack on a house in north Belfast on Thursday morning was a sectarian hate crime.

Graffiti was sprayed on the house at Alexandra Park Avenue in Skegoneil. A window was also broken in the attack.

It was reported to police at about 07:25 BST.

A sectarian motive is one line of enquiry being followed, police said. They have appealed for anyone who witnessed the attack to contact them.
