Army called to Derry alert over suspect object

A security alert has ended in Londonderry.

Army bomb officers had been called to examine a suspicious object at Creggan Road in the Rosemount area of Derry on Monday evening.

However, it was found to be "nothing untoward," a police spokesman said.
