Villiers: Letters 'do not confer immunity' if new evidence comes to light

Secretary of State has outlined the process of the On The Run review announced by Prime Minister David Cameron.

Speaking to BBC News NI's Political Editor, she said that the review would analyse and uncover the facts on how the scheme was run.

She added that anyone who had previously received a letter would not be granted immunity from prosecution if new evidence came to light.
