A man questioned about the death of a man in a suspected hit-and-run incident in County Fermanagh on Sunday has been released without charge.

He had been arrested earlier by Irish police in the Pettigo area of County Donegal.

The 50-year-old victim died following the incident, which occurred at about 02:50 GMT on the Tullychurry Road in Leggs, near Belleek.

He has been named locally as Pat John McCafferty, from Belault in Pettigo.

Earlier, detectives said they wanted to trace a blue Ford Focus that would have damage to its front.
