Trasna Way The woman's body was found at a house in Trasna Way

Police are investigating the unexplained deaths of two people in the same town.

Olivia Reilly, 29, and Noel Reilly, 36, were found dead at separate addresses, a mile apart, in Lisnaskea, County Fermanagh, within 24 hours.

It is understood they are not related.

Olivia Reilly was found in a house at Trasna Way on Sunday at about 19:30 BST. At midday on Monday, Noel Reilly's death was reported at nearby Carrowshee Avenue.

Officers are investigating whether the incidents are linked and whether they were drug-related.

The Ulster Unionist MLA for Fermanagh and South Tyrone, Tom Elliott, said there was a great deal of shock and sadness in the town following the deaths.

"Two families and two sets of friends have lost loved ones and will be grieving. Our thoughts are with them at this very sad time," he said.
