Train services between Belfast and Carrickfergus have resumed after a security alert was declared a hoax.
The railway line between Central Station and Carrickfergus was closed after police discovered a suspicious object near a railway bridge on Glenville Road, Whiteabbey.
A number of nearby homes were evacuated. Residents have now been allowed to return to their houses.
