A loyalist protest close to Belfast city centre has dispersed peacefully.

The 'white line' protest outside Clifton Street Orange hall caused traffic delays for a time on one of the main arterial routes into the city.

There was a heavy police presence in the area for a time, and republicans staged a counter-protest close by.
