Two rescued from fire at house in Warrenpoint

A man and a woman have been rescued from a house fire in Warrenpoint, County Down.

Both were treated for the effects of breathing in smoke at the scene.

The fire, in Duke Street, was reported at about 03:00 GMT on Saturday.

Police have appealed for anyone with information about the fire to contact them.
