The M2 motorway has reopened after it was closed for several hours following the death of a man on a bridge near Belfast.

The man died following an incident on Hightown Bridge on Wednesday morning.

Police said it is believed he fell from the bridge on the Hightown Road at about 07:30 GMT.

They want anyone who was in this area around and who may have witnessed the incident to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
