Fire crews put out Belfast High School toilet block fire

A small fire at a school in Newtownabbey has been put out by the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service.

Hundreds of pupils had to be moved from their classrooms during the fire at Belfast High School. They have since returned to class.

The NIFRS said that the fire was in a toilet block in the school and was dealt with by 10:18 GMT.

They said that they believed it had been started deliberately.
