US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is speaking at a news conference in Belfast.
Her visit follows several days of disturbances after a vote on flying the Union flag at City Hall.
First Minister Peter Robinson and Martin McGuinness, Deputy First Minister, are also at the briefing.
