Fuel laundering plant uncovered in County Tyrone

A man has been arrested following the discovery of a fuel laundering plant in County Tyrone.

Customs officials say the plant was capable of producing 14,000 litres of illicit fuel a week evading £10,000 in duty.

Police and customs officers searching the premises in the Pomeroy area also found an illegal filling station.

The laundering plant has been dismantled.
