A 20-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after a man was critically injured in a stabbing in Craigavon, County Armagh.

A 24-year-old was stabbed at a house in the Enniskeen area. It was reported to police at about 23:00 BST on Friday.

The victim was treated at the scene by paramedics and then taken to hospital, where he is in a critical condition.

The 20-year-old man is to appear at Lisburn Magistrates Court on Monday.
