A 19-year-old man has been charged with explosives and terrorism charges.

They include making and possessing explosives under suspicious circumstances and possession of articles of use in terrorism.

The charges relate to a series of pipe bomb attacks in Ahogill and Portglenone in County Antrim in January 2011.

The targets included a GAA club and a Catholic primary school. The accused is to appear at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday morning.
