Woman 'shaken' by city robbery

A woman is recovering after a man who claimed he had a knife threatened her and stole her bag in Belfast city centre.

The robbery happened at Fountain Street at about 16:00 BST on Friday.

The thief took the bag which contained a sum of money.

Police said the woman was not injured but was very shaken after the robbery. They have appealed for information.
