Irish Paralympic team returns home to heroes' welcome

Ireland's paralympic heroes returned to a rapturous reception at Dublin Airport following their triumphs in London.

Double gold winners Michael McKillop and Jason Smyth showed off their medals to the crowds.

Glengormley runner McKillop also brought home the honour of being named the male athlete who best exemplified the paralympic spirit in London.

Jennifer O'Leary reports from Dublin for BBC Newsline.
