Scott Vineer had last been seen on Thursday
A missing teenager has been found unconscious with head injuries in Lisburn.
Scott Vineer, 17, was last seen leaving his college in the city on Thursday afternoon.
He was found on Friday evening in the grounds of a disused furniture showroom near the Lagan Towpath.
Police are trying to trace his movements and want to hear from anyone who can help them find out how he was injured.
