Two men injured in slash attack in Ballynahinch

Two men have been taken to hospital after suffering slash wounds in an attack in Ballynahinch, County Down.

Four men were arrested following the attack which happened in the Windmill Gardens area on Saturday morning.

A 21-year-old man sustained wounds to his back and bruising to his body. A 20-year-old man suffered a head wound, a suspected broken nose and bruising.

Their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

The men who were arrested are aged 21, 20, 19 and 17.
