Belfast city centre male rape claim investigated
The alleged attack took place in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Police are investigating the alleged rape of a 23-year-old man in Belfast city centre on Wednesday morning.
The alleged attack happened in the Donegall Street/York Street area close to the Belfast campus of the University of Ulster shortly before 02:00 BST.
The attacker was described as being 5ft 9inches tall, with black hair. He was wearing a blue jumper and blue jeans and was carrying a navy shoulder bag.
Police have urged anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them.
