Man charged after discovery of £150,000 drugs haul

A 29-year-old man has been charged in connection with the seizure of a drugs haul in County Armagh on Saturday.

Police discovered £150,000 worth of cannabis resin when a vehicle was stopped on the Armagh Road, Portadown, at 08:00 BST on Saturday.

The man was charged with possession of a class B drug and possession with intent to supply.

He is expected to appear at Lisburn Court on Monday.
