Man dead in Fermanagh road accident

A man has died and six people have been injured in a road accident in County Fermanagh.

Two cars were involved in the collision at the junction of the Manoo Road and Ardess Crossroads near Kesh at about 13:30 BST on Sunday.

The man who died was 22-year-old Ryan Maguire.

Six people, including two young children, were taken to hospital. Two men are in a critical condition and a woman is seriously ill.

A man and the two children were treated for minor injuries and later discharged.

Police have appealed for information.

Meanwhile, the 41-year-old man who died following a crash in Hillsborough, County Down, was Robert Hanna.

He was driving a car which was in collision with another vehicle on the Dromara Road at about 17:30 BST on Saturday.

Three other people were treated for injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
