Thich Nhat Hanh urges MLAs to embrace mindfulness
Stormont MLAs have been urged to enter a new zone and connect with their spiritual side.
Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese master of mindfulness, lead a meditation walk from Parliament buildings down the Prince of Wales Avenue.
Earlier, the 85-year-old Buddhist told a packed senate chamber the importance of focusing on the present and not dwelling on the past.
