'Pretty much a miracle'
Mark McGovern is the Fermanagh gaelic footballer who was left brain damaged and fighting for his life following an assault during a match in San Francisco in June.
He has given his first interview to BBC Newsline.
Doctors had told his family that he might not live because his injuries were so severe.
But his recovery has astounded his neurosurgeon and she has also been speaking to BBC Newsline's Thomas Kane.
