Benches stolen from Londonderry community group

Three large wooden benches have been stolen from the premises of a community group in Londonderry.

The PSNI are investigating the theft of the benches from the group's centre in Galliagh Park.

The theft is thought to have occured between Tuesday, 24 August and the following day.

The police said that more than one person would have been needed to move the benches which were behind a high fence.
