North Yorkshire teacher guilty of child sex offences

A primary school teacher has pleaded guilty to sexual offences against boys.

Richard Arthur Oldham, 31, who taught at schools in York, admitted six charges of sexual assault on two boys.

At Leeds Crown Court he also admitted 13 charges of making indecent images of children, possessing 2,076 indecent images of children and three counts of voyeurism.

Oldham, now of North Tamerton in Holsworthy, Devon, is due to be sentenced in September.
