Landslip leaves homes facing drop
Five properties in a North Yorkshire town have been left hanging over a sheer drop following a landslip.
The landslide during the night left the row of terraced houses on Aelfleda Terrace, in Whitby, structurally unsafe.
Scarborough council said the houses would be demolished on Thursday.
Jude Knight, who has lived on the terrace for 26 years, is one of the residents who have been forced to leave their homes.
