First day in job for North Yorkshire's new PCC

The new police and crime commissioner (PCC) for North Yorkshire has said she is in the job to give people "a voice".

Julia Mulligan spent her first day in the job meeting with victims of crime and members of the public, after winning last week's election.

Ms Mulligan will be responsible for setting priorities for the police force and overseeing its budget.
