Whitby's goth visitors' £1m seaside bounty
For 18 years the Whitby Goth Weekend has brought visitors in outlandish costume to North Yorkshire.
Now tourist chiefs have calculated the goths contribute £1.1m per annum to the local economy.
The first event was held in a pub but it has since developed to a much larger gathering bringing thousands of like-minded visitors.
