Residents of a tiny North Yorkshire village watched rower Andy Triggs Hodge win gold for Team GB in the rowing.
Hebden, near Grassington, is where the gold medal winner grew up.
He was one of the four-man crew that beat the Australians to first place. He, Alex Gregory, Pete Reed and Tom James will be the subjects of a Royal Mail stamp. Hebden will also have a postbox painted gold in his honour.
