New archive images released of Stonehenge landscape during WW1

New evidence of damage done to the Stonehenge landscape during the twentieth century has been revealed.
Previously unseen pictures have been released of Stonehenge aerodrome - a huge military base just a few yards from the stone circle.
It was that damage which first prompted calls to clean up the area and restore Britain's most famous ancient monument.
