Trowbridge woman charged with murder after man stabbed

A woman has been charged with murder following the death of a 51-year-old man in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Louise Jane Cox, 45, from the Newtown area of the town, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on Thursday.

The man was discovered in Beaufort Mansions, Trowbridge, on Tuesday with knife injuries to the neck.

Police believe the victim is Ian Graham but are awaiting formal identification. His next of kin have been informed.

The force initially thought the victim was 50-years-old, however later revised his age to 51.

He died on the way to Bath's Royal United Hospital.
